Delivery times are specified in the description of each of the products and may vary from the regular established times.
Once your purchase has been made through our online store, we will process your order within 24 hours. All orders are scheduled 1 day in advance.The order delivery days areMonday to Saturday. No shipments are made on official holidays. These will be scheduled for the next business day.
We do not have a specific delivery schedule, so we recommend that you put an address so that there is always someone who can receive it. If you have any other observation that you think we should take into account when taking your order, do not hesitate to send us a note when paying.
If your district is outside metropolitan Lima or outside the coverage area of our express courier, the delivery time is considered provincial.
PROVINCES AND INTERNATIONAL:
All orders with a destination outside of Lima are sent by Olva Courier (Province) and DHL (International), who will provide us with the tracking number which will be sent by mail once your order is on its way.
Once your order is delivered to the courier, the delivery of the product takes between 2 to 7 days. Bear in mind that we depend on the times established by the aforementioned companies and the times may vary for reasons beyond our control.
In the case of international shipments, the rates vary according to the weight of the product and may have an additional tax in the country of destination (You can consult us through the WhatsApp of the web)

¿How long does it take for my order to arrive?
This is specified in the description of each product. Since all our garments are handmade, they have a processing time that can be between 2 to 7 days.
Once we have the product, the delivery time is:
Lima: within 48 hours
Province: between 2 to 5 days
International: between 4 to 7 days

¿What payment methods can I use?
We accept all means of payment on our website: credit cards, bank transfers and electronic wallets: Yape, Lukita or PLIN.
¿How do I make a payment without a credit card?
When making the payment select the Bank Deposit option, there you will find the option of transfer or electronic wallet (Yape, Lukita or PLIN). Once the payment has been made, send the certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org putting PAYMENT CONFIRMATION as the subject.GO”.
The change or return must be communicated within 1 day, once the garment is delivered. The delivery is on our account for shipments to Peru (only 1 time). As for international orders, shipping is additional.
Exchange of stock products:it will be made for another size, color or another product (subject to availability).
Change customized products: The money will be returned only if it is confirmed that the cloth has a technical fault.
The clothes must be delivered intact, with label and packaging.
